This roof was showing signs of it’s age and was at the end of it’s life expectancy. The roof had a mixture of steep roof pitch areas, low pitch roof areas and skylights
. In the low slope areas we installed a continuous roof system that is much better at preventing water penetration than standard shingles. We paid special attention to detail in the low slope area where the skylights
are installed. The finished product looks great!

Chimneys can also be a common problem area for roof leaks. The original flashing showed signs of aging and exposure to the elements. These homeowner’s decided to re-flash
the chimney to help prevent water penetration in the roof-to-chimney section.
