Products Installed: Tamko Heritage architectural in Rustic Black
This South West Tallahassee/Lake Alberta area property was built in 1952. As houses age, so do their roofs, and this one was ready for its fourth one! The shingles had deteriorated, the fascia and drip edge was falling off the house, and the gutters were completely blocked up. We came in and rescued the roof. New decking, drip edge, flashing and Rustic Black shingles gave the entire house a new, classic look, which fit in with the neighborhood’s wooded aesthetic.
- The shingles were in a state of disrepair
- The fascia and eaves drip was falling off…
- And in some places simply gone
- Another shot of the failed structure
- The gutters had stopped functioning and debris had built up on the roof surface
- We fixed everything and this is how it looks
- Brand new shingles
- The new roof!
